Why does the KIBO X have soft grips for C-steering and not C-handles?

The KIBO X features a neoprene-covered “C-handle” between the B and C risers. We deliberately chose this soft version for the KIBO X so as not to make it unnecessarily difficult for pilots new to the B class to sort their lines before takeoff with a rigid C-handle.
