The world’s biggest event for free flight and ultralight air sports since 1974 is taking place again next week in France. We're there - introducing our new EN-C lightweight 2-liner.
Coupe Icare is many events in one. We'll participate in the demo days called "Coupe Icare Testival" in St Hilaire with all current paragliders - you're welcome to rent & fly. The UP distributor for France, Franck Smektala, is on site for you. Please check out the information for pilots on the organizers homepage for registration, rules and airspace restrictions. After the Testival, you'll find us at the "Coupe Icare Expo" at tent Barish, aisle H - location marked in this map. Here you can get a first closer look at UP's new development for 2027: the long-awaited lightweight 2-liner in the C-Class (certification currently pending). We'll reveal the name to you at the event. Use the chance to have a chat with CEO Christian Rönning, Co-Designer Jaromir Masek, Sales & Quality Manager Martin Fischer, UP distributor Franck Smektala and visiting UP Team Pilots from around the world. Raven Girouard for example is coming all the way from Canada, to take part in the "Icarnaval" - we're looking forward to seeing her and her new costume. So make sure to stop by and say hi.
