For anyone who would like to order something from us directly or in our web shop, the following delivery times apply:
- Orders received by December 22, 2025, will be shipped by December 23.
- Orders received between December 23, 2025, and January 6, 2026, will be shipped from January 7.
For anyone who would like to receive their order before Christmas, the following applies depending on location:
- Germany: Please order before December 15.
- International: Please order before December 8.
The UP workshop will be closed from December 24, 2025, through January 6, 2026.
The UP office in Garmisch will be closed from December 24, 2025, through January 6, 2026. During this company holiday, we will not be available by phone or email and cannot accept any packages. We will be back as usual on January 7!
